The wee little ramp is all better, apparently. I know the city is happy to get their ticketing-cars-for-2-hour-parking-violations-even-though-the-ramp-is-hardly-used revenue stream back online again.

Kato's version of an AM rush traffic jam -- A semi making a delivery to the new hotel by the big (hopefully non-collapsing) parking ramp downtown. I had to wait for, like, 15 seconds! OMG!
