Heard a big rumbling coming through the alley, and barely caught the tail-end of Mr. Mid-States.
How DO you get any work done, Mr. Alley-Blog? You must have a really understanding boss.

what is being done in this picture is called a "curb-check". i do it all the time with our work van. it is great on snowy days. a few years ago and after a long day of curb-checking, i walked out to our van and we had a flat rear tire. i said, "wonder how that happened!!??"
