good point - how do they enforce this? can you display your cub scout photography merit badge? or maybe print an alley-blog page and paste it in your car window?

and while i'm at it -- this is clearly a manufactured sign, so can there really be enough call for "photographer only" parking space signs that a sign manufacturer makes them?????? wow!
